All event package sales are final: food vouchers, raffle tickets, merchandise, and related event purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
This event will take place rain or shine or extreme heat. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for missed attendance, scheduling conflicts, failure to pick up included items, or unused food vouchers.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

Food service is at 4PM and you must be present to win.
