No refunds.
Special ordered items were ordered specifically for you, including backordered products, and are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or store credit. We do not accept returns/exchanges for items you ordered that were the wrong product or no longer want a product you ordered.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have thirty (30) days after purchasing your regularly stocked item to request store credit. To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. All accessories must also be included such as, but not limited to, chargers, batteries, blades, and attachments. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The consumer must bring the merchandise to the store where purchased in original packaging and new condition for store credit.
No returns or exchanges for online purchases. Items sent back to us will not be accepted. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item back to you. Unclaimed items after 30 days of being notified will be forfeited and we are not obligated to maintain storage of your item.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you experience a damaged delivery, if you received the wrong item, or have a discrepancy so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You have five (5) days from receipt of the product to notify of any discrepancies or damages.
Most shipments are shipped requiring signature at delivery. If the delivery is not claimed and returned, the item(s) will be refunded automatically. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and a re-stocking fee of 10% USD will apply.
Each brand/manufacture has their own warranty policy and process. We are an authorized retailer of the brands we sell, thus, the brands will honor their warranty policy. Warranty claims must be filed with the brand directly. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for this scenario.
